Kheller only cut the skin and disconnected Ross' large intestine. There SHOULD be intestinal fluids everywhere but that's messy if you know what I mean.
There should be more blood! Ross should be bleeding at the nostrils with a wound like that. Flail, man! Kick! Writhe! Scream like a schoolgirl! Do something to defy your executioner! Maybe he's stunned that his teacher's finally pulled that final attack on him. ARG, my gastrointestine!!
